Looking for a Tulsa maternity photographer?

It is such an honor to work with expecting mothers! A maternity session offers a wonderful opportunity for me to meet with new clients. Awaiting the birth of a new baby is such an exciting time. Each session is unique, and it’s important to me to capture your story during this special milestone. I usually suggest that we book a maternity session when you are around 28-34 weeks along.

My brand new portrait studio near downtown Claremore is now open for indoor sessions. Many of my clients elect to do outdoor maternity portraits at my home. I live on 20+ acres of wooded hills, surrounding a large pond with rustic fishing docks. Lots of beautiful spots and very private. Oh, and did I mention the wildflowers!?! They bloom best in the late spring and early summer.

For expecting moms, I have several maternity gowns for you to pick through, along with a few accessories. I always encourage clients to bring along any sentimental items as well.

My husband and I have been blessed with two baby girls. Emma in 2011 and Olivia in 2015. I did not have professional portraits taken when I was pregnant with Emma, and looking back always wished that I had done so. In August of 2015, I asked a relative to come over and snap a few images for me to document my pregnancy and my bond with my oldest daughter. You can read more about my own journey here, or see some highlights below.

If you are undecided about whether or not to have professional portraits taken during your pregnancy, my advice is to go for it!
